This week, our rockstar participants tackled new adaptive partner movement drills, including guided backward walking and lateral side-steps to high-fives.

Thankful Day 40 of 365
Today, I am thankful for a rainy morning, a hot cup of coffee and a day open to possibilities! I am on Fall Break, which means that I have five relaxing days to fill with fun. Yesterday, I spent the day cleaningjust to get it out of the way. Today, I have no deadlines or demands. I could watch the Price is Right in my pjs, do a jigsaw puzzle, crochet a granny square, read a good book, watch a thrilling movie, or work on revising and editing my own book. The possibilities are endless!
The best part is that it finally feels like Fall here in the desert! The current temperature is 66 degrees Fahrenheit, with a high temp of the day forecasted at 76! We were just in the 100s a couple of weeks ago. I have both the front door and back door wide open, ushering in the cool breeze with a scent of rain. Its Heather Weather!
What would you do if you had the day off of work Let me know in the comments so I can get some ideas to fill my time this week.

Wasn't expecting to laugh at my own expense tonight, but here we are. Tapped my sign on the roast side and it went after me harder than my group chat does the kind of accurate that stings just enough to be funny. Already saved the card.
