The Man began painting decorative quilt squares to hang (one at a time) on our porch. He developed quite a library, and they hung on the side of our basement stairs for a couple of years, before we decided to finish the basement. Then it became a storage issue.
We designed this cool box to store 10 of them flat, which works pretty well, but doesn't house all of them. Some hung on a still-unfinished section of the basement stairs. Still not enough.
So we attached a couple of fence slats to the cinderblocks, and now he even has room for a couple new ones. I'm looking forward to new designs.

Im an early riser and always the first up when we visit. Early morning visits to the lake slow things down before the day begins for everyone else, with only the sound of the occasional fish jumping for their breakfast and breaking the calm.
I need more of this.

Using an AAA Battery, 4 neodymium magnets and a copper coiled tube (inside the plastic tube), the idea is to build a train that can be inserted in to one end of the tube, and it emerges from the other end, under its own power.
