Bandits on the Run
Nothing like seeing outdoor original music on a gorgeous summer night.
My husband and I love Bandits on the Run and its the third time we saw them live. I have all their CDs too.
Band members play multi-instruments and their harmonies are absolutely heaven!
I love following their career on Facebook, watching them as they grow more and more successful. So deserved!

Then, the next band to blow our minds was Buffalo Rose.

Great talents, fun as all hell, and very witty lyrics. Americana with a 1970s vibe.
Before and after the show we were talking to Margot Jezerc. Shes awesome.
Im now poking around their website, and immediately signed up for their mailing list.

The beauty of both bands is that every single song is a work of art, with sets ending way too soon.
From 7 to 9 p.m. we were blessed with two great shows.
Then the fun continued.
What else could a 60-something couple do on a Wednesday night when they are all revved up They remember, oh, we need cat food. Its off to the super duper market to get our silly on.
And boo-hiss to this particular ShopRite for no longer carrying my favorite band Ice Cream for Bears, so we had to go across the highway to hit Sprouts.
Ah. life is good!
